GARAGE GYM GRANDPAREAL WORK. REAL PROGRESS. NO EXCUSES.
I went from over 240 pounds to stepping onto a bodybuilding stage at 52. No fancy gym. No magic shortcuts. Just a garage, a plan, and a whole lot of learning along the way.

This isn't a highlight reel of perfection. It's the real journey—progress, mistakes, injuries, and all.

I was over 240 pounds, and I couldn’t even make it through a full day walking around Disneyland with my grandkids. I wanted to be able to keep up with them, make memories, and enjoy the day instead of feeling worn out. Something had to change. So I started training in my garage, learning as I went, and using AI as my coach to help build and adjust my workouts.
That first goal grew into something I never expected: in 2026, at 52, I stepped onto the stage at my first natural bodybuilding competition in Classic Physique Masters 50+. I'm still learning, still training, and sharing the wins, mistakes, and setbacks honestly. If you're starting later in life, or just don't know where to start at all, you're in the right place.
